    Kimberly Kleiman-Lee

    Founder & CEO

    Kimberly Kleiman-Lee knows that humans are the most interesting part of work. Kimberly served General Electric for 20 years; with her final 7 years teaching and coaching at Crotonville (GE’s corporate university.) Her team led the company’s Culture and Leadership Learning & Development strategy and solutions for 330,000 employees. Her honest, intuitional, and methodical approach to individual and team development earned her the respect of leaders throughout GE. In addition to serving her team, her individual work focused GE’s top 5000 leaders - teaching, coaching, provoking, and inspiring change. She founded KKL & Co. in 2017 and her practice includes executive coaching, leadership workshops, and business strategy. Her services engage the ‘Whole Human’ often with humor, rarely with PowerPoint. Kimberly believes that the best way to learn about the world is to be out in it.

    Kimberly obtained her BA from the University of Wisconsin Madison and her Masters in Adult Education and Leadership Studies from Loyola University Chicago. She is a hopeful guitarist, triathlete, and a certified Black Belt (Six Sigma kind).
