Instructors

Tj Mlodzik

TJ Mlodzik; NEBB FHT CP and NEBB TAB CT, has been working with Badger Balancing LLC as a NEBB TAB Certified Technician since 2012. In 2021, he received his NEBB FHT CP which is Fume Hood Testing Certified Professional.  He is responsible for multiple projects, including balancing air and water systems to engineering specifications and NEBB requirements.  Along with new and existing building projects, he does annual hospital ACH reporting throughout the state of Wisconsin and fume hood testing to NEBB and ASHRAE Standards.  Prior to Badger Balancing LLC, he earned a BS in Early Childhood/Elementary Education.

Bj Rollin

BJ has over 18 Years in the HVAC Industry spending time working to install air handling systems as well as configure and install complex electrical and control systems.  BJ has received EPA, OSHA Certifications and is completing the NEBB Certified Technician Course for Testing, Adjusting and Balancing.
