Brian specializes in reliability engineering, maintenance planning, and business process development, focusing on mentoring and empowering individuals to build high-performing organizations. His career spans the oil and gas and steel industries, as well as predictive technology services, leading to his current role as a principal trainer and consultant. He actively shares his insights through LinkedIn articles, professional lectures, and mentoring Purdue students.
