Do I need to take the certificate courses in a specific order?
No. Courses may be taken in any order as they become available.
How long does it take to complete the certificate?
Most participants complete the certificate within 2 to 3 years, depending on individual schedules and course availability.
Are continuing education units (CEUs) awarded for courses in this certificate?
Yes. Participants receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon successful completion of each course.
Can previously completed courses count toward the certificate requirements?
Yes. If you have already completed one of the required or elective courses, it may count toward the certificate requirements. Contact the Program Director to confirm eligibility and apply previously completed coursework to the program.
For courses that have been renamed, as noted above in the Pillars, only one version will count toward certificate credit.
What happened to the Advanced MRM Certificate?
To simplify the program and better reflect how participants complete the pathway, we now feature only the Advanced MRM Gold Certificate as the advanced option.
Since the program began, participants pursuing an advanced credential have consistently completed the Advanced MRM Gold pathway, while no one completed the separate Advanced MRM Certificate. Consolidating to a single advanced option makes the pathway clearer and aligns with how professionals have chosen to progress through the program.
Are there group discounts or employer-billing options for organizations sending multiple staff?
Yes. Organizations that plan to enroll multiple employees may be eligible for group discounts or employer billing arrangements. Contact the Program Director to discuss options for supporting professional development across your team.
