    Sara Kraemer, PhD is an advisor and educator who supports companies and firms in optimizing their technology, engineering, and business processes through effective human-technology design. She is the founder of Blueprint for Engineering, an expert advisory practice focused on holistic digital transformation in engineering and technology firms. 

    Dr. Kraemer is also a Lecturer in the Interdisciplinary Professional Programs in the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she teaches classes on human factors engineering, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation. She holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on human factors engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
