Course Overview
Most of us struggle to see how our actions fit in the bigger context of our business, regardless if we play the role of operations or maintenance, front-line or management. To make things worse, this separation of understanding drives each of us to miss simple and impactful opportunities to drive value in the operational stream.
In TPM and Operator Driven Reliability we will give you the tools and expertise to achieve real and lasting improvement in operational performance, enhancing relationships with other groups in your workplace, and leaving a lasting impact on excellent operations and production. Both you and your team will experience greater effectiveness and efficiency while deriving maximum performance from your assets!
