Understanding WISLR

Download your copy of the latest edition of the user’s manual, “Understanding WISLR,” the Wisconsin Information System for Local Roads. WISLR is a web-based inventory of all Wisconsin local roads and includes each road’s important physical attributes, such as length, width, pavement type, year built, and PASER condition rating. It also includes analysis charts and graphs, capitol budgeting tools and GIS mapping applications. This handbook is essential for new WISLR users and helpful for those who are somewhat familiar with the WISLR applications but need to brush up.
