Essentials of Drinking Water Treatment

Clean and safe drinking water is one of the most important assets of any city or community. This drinking water training course will provide you with a good working knowledge of conventional and advanced water treatment processes, technology developments, regulations, and case studies, to help you improve your water treatment facilities, operations, and future projects. In addition to covering groundwater and surface water characteristics, the course will address water treatment processes, water disinfection strategies, and water filtration processes. We’ll also discuss current issues, like pipe corrosion, emerging contaminants, and PFAS, and dive into facility planning, decision-making, sustainability, and energy considerations.
