Andrew Braham
“Dr. Andrew Braham graduated from the University of Wisconsin with his B.S. and M.S., and from the University of Illinois with his Ph.D. He worked with Koch Materials Company for two and a half years, and performed a post-doc at Southeast University in Nanjing, China. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Arkansas, where his teaching and research focus is on flexible pavement materials, pavement maintenance and rehabilitation, and sustainability. He is the chair of TRB committee AKT30 (Pavement Maintenance), is an associate director of the Southern Plains Transportation Center, and is the developer of the Pavinar webinar series. Michael Groh
Michael L. Groh is the Pavement Consultant Lead at Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., Waukesha, Wisconsin. He has been involved in the paving industry for over 40 years with experience as a contractor, material supplier, and, in the most recent twenty plus years, consulting. He focuses on pavement condition evaluation and asset life extension using innovative pavement design, maintenance, and construction techniques.
Benjamin Jordan
Benjamin J. Jordan, PE is a program director with Interdisciplinary Professional Programs in the transportation sector. He has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering and public works. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and a Master of Public Affairs degree with a Certificate in Public Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
Timothy Murphy
Timothy R. Murphy, PE is president of Murphy Pavement Technology, Chicago, Illinois. He is involved in asphalt pavement teaching, training and troubleshooting nationwide. Murphy works on pavement management, mix design, quality control, construction practices, and failure investigation for government agencies, contractors and consultants and facility owners.
Kevin Wagner
Kevin J. Wagner, P.E., is a Project Manager and leads the Green Bay office for Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. He specializes in civil engineering including roadway and storm water design and planning. He develops capital plans to help clients budget and maximize the life of their pavements. Worked on implements asset management technologies for municipalities.
