Kelly’s time in Cummins has been split between Cummins Filtration, Engine Business, New & ReCon Parts, and now Power Generation. Early in his career, Kelly was eager to further his leadership capabilities and chose to pursue a Wisconsin MBA path to do so. In addition to his support of the MEM Advisory Board, Kelly holds leadership roles with SAE International (Society of Automotive Engineers) and as an engaged ally with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).
