Course Overview
The engine is a complex device with many interfaces. Some interfaces are hydrodynamic, others see only boundary or mixed film lubrication, and still others see sliding motion where none is intended. Each of these situations are addressed in turn along with measurement and analysis methods used to help improve engine performance.
Who Should Attend?
Engineers interested in improving efficiency by minimizing friction and wear should attend this course.
